Introduction and Rules
Introduction
I know the intro should be pretty straight forward - Doctor Who with Hetalia characters(and all that jazz!), but I will write a short summary of DW for those who don't know what it is.
Doctor Who is a (British) sci-fi television show about a humanoid alien(a Time Lord) named The Doctor who goes through time(and Spaaaace!) to save people and etc, using a TARDIS(which looks like a Police Box). Everywhere he goes, he always picks up a new companion, and they help him with the mission and... Yeah x3 If I missed anything(talking to DE fans oWo), please notify me~!

Location: Somewhere in the big ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff Thoughts: "Not again..." With: TARDIS and self.

"Ughhh..."
The inside of the Tardis seemed to spin around me dizzily as the brightly coloured sparkles around me settled before disappearing into the air. Due to being mortally wounded and heavily bleeding, I had been left with no other choice than to regenerate. It wasn't like I had any choice anyway - if I didn't choose to, my body would've done it automatically.
Regenerating would be fine if different things wouldn't happen to tip me off every time.
"H-how am I s-supposed to live like this?" I groaned loudly as I nearly tossed my cookies all over the floor. When the world stopped spinnning wildly, I grabbed the closest mirror to make sure I had all of the necessary body parts to live, and to look at my next self.
Male. That's good, I suppose...
Blonde hair. Well... still not ginger but... Oh well.
Blue eyes. Fine as well I guess...
Glasses. I suppose I can live with that.
Really distracting hair curl thingy. I played with it for a few moments, bouncing it up and down. A small smile played upon my lips despite my post-Regeneration sickness. This is rather distracting.
I then noticed I had an unbearably soft voice I could barely hear myself. I sighed and placed the mirror back down from where I got it.
"B-better than my last regeneration, I suppose. A little spinning around and a terribly quiet voice is something I can live with. Last time... Last time I was amnesiac and completely disorientated for a whole month." I said to myself as the Tardis started slowing down.
"Hmm. Looks like we're here, then." I landed the Tardis in an empty spot on a near deserted sidewalk in a city. I hopped out and looked around. Not bad... I wonder where I am? I thought as I walked casually out, sniffing the air tentatively. according to my nose, I was in London, England.
"London, huh? Hmm..." A little while ago, I had gone to London for a mission of some sort... One that I couldn't quite remember. It feels as if a bunch of my memories have disappeared... Yet... I don't even feel panicked or anything... Weird...

"You did this to me! All of my life!" I yelled out firing another bolt of power at Lord President "You made me! One!" my skeleton flicked into view and firing another bolt. I began to count off "Two! Three! Four!" as soon as I yelled out four, a bright light flooded the room, taking the Time Lords and I back to where we belong.
As soon as it was done, I was alone again, I just stood in no where as my final moments began to draw near. I looked at my hand for one last time before the impossible happened...I was regenerating. "Doctor you marvelous bastard..." I smiled as the process began.
"So...My god my voice is nice..." I smiled a bit as I began to check my features, "Hm...Judging by the voice, definitely male...Orange hair, strange yet a bit cool I guess...I can't check my eyes so that doesn't matter now...What matter's is...Where I am and why is it so dark?"
