You said you weren't sure if you should say Hawaii is Alfred's daughter or not, and I thought I might comment about that. Honestly, any way you view it, will make sense. She could simply be a more trusted follower of his (not a servant - nothing like that), but more like a closer ally than even the Allied Forces could hope to be. OR! You could go with the really cool idea of her actually being his daughter. I mean, let's face it...America gets around, right? Who knows who the mother is?
-has just become tempted to literally write a fanfiction consisting of 50 chapters that explain how Alfred managed to get his 50 children-
So, no matter what you choose to do, it will be cool! If you choose the daughter thing, America will be extra nice to you and give you lots of love! I shall smother you with teddy bears >
