I don't know if I want to go with Mexico or just continue with Fem!Canada. I don't think anyone has cosplayed Mexico(who I think is a female) within my group before, so it would be interesting. I'm just wondering how I should play her off.

I think it would be cool if you cosplayed as Mexico. Did she have any appearance in Hetalia? I forget. But if you did cosplay as her, I suggest you go with a nice traditional dress and probably with the national flower in your hair. I doubt there's much known about her looks, so you'll have to come up with your own design.
Perhaps you should go with Nyo!Canada, since you already have her design. It would be easier to play her.
Either way, I hope you'll have a blast cosplaying as either! Lots of love~!
