First off, this is my first hetalia roleplay site ever (please be nice, I'm still a newbie to this anime)

My real name and age i wont give out because of freaking Facebook stalkers but if i do get to know you behind your character's mask then i will reveal myself a little more... I joined this site because i need people to help me develop my character Samoa (it's for a fanfic, I will link anyone who wants to read it~!)

I'm not actually as cold as my character is, i'm a very sociable person and friendly so my bark is worse than my bite (i dont bite but you know what i mean.)

Ok i have one huge question, do i have to rp in teh chat or do i even have to make a chat persona >.<

That is strictly optional.
You can create your own chatbox character, if you wish.
You don't have to roleplay there. You can talk OOC or IC, it doesn't really matter, just use brackets when you're OOC - while an RP is going on there, of course.

The CB is usual where we are out of character, but at times it may seem like that. I hope that helps a bit.
