Physical Description: Viktor, much like Ivan, has an extremely pale complexion. His eyes mirror the amethyst color of his father's, as well as his platinum hair. He is tall - - the tallest of all his siblings. One could say he is too lanky for his figure, but he attempts to work himself as much as he can to impress his father. Despite his slender form, he is still powerful and highly trained in combat.
Much like his entire family, he wears heavy clothing due to the cold temperatures in his country. He wears an extremely similar coat to his father's, and will some times even include a scarf (but that is occasional).
Personality: Viktor is the silent type. It has been claimed on numerous occassions that it makes him seem creepy, but he ignores such comments. He doesn't quite care what others think of him and will behave the way he wants, so long as his father approves. He is extremely polite towards his family and because of customs, he is polite to others. He very rarely allows his emotions to get the best of him, but if that happens, he becomes someone entirely different.
